"This nice fifth wheel is located in a secluded marina with a great view of the water. The covered picnic table area was a perfect place to drink our coffee each morning and cook and eat dinner at night. The owners are on site and are so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely visit again."

"This is an absolutely lovely place to stay. The views of the river are so soothing, and the neighborhood deliciously quiet. The owners were responsive & helpful when we ran into an internet problem. Kitchen is minimal but I didn't go there to cook ;-) We had fun exploring the nearby towns (Bath and Washington) and the wildlife reserves, but the best part was just sitting on the deck and breathing."

"Our family enjoyed our visit to the Pamlico River while attending ECU graduation activities. There was plenty of room for 9 adults to spread out. The house was incredibly clean too. If any questions come up the owner was quick to respond and hospitable. I would absolutely recommend considering friends and family to stay at this beautiful house on the water."

"The house and property are one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. The house is adorable and immaculately clean. We had everything we needed for an amazing stay. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood, dining at Oriental and New Bern, and most content just sitting outside and admiring the views of the water. We were pleasantly overwhelmed with peace and tranquility. We loved our stay! We are already planning to come back in August. Thank you."

"We loved every inch of Sweetwater Cottage. The neighborhood amenities are very nice and easy to access. Bullfrogs sang us to sleep. Spotless and comfortable! Super quiet neighborhood. Nothing is closer than Oriental, so plan your trip accordingly. We ate at Brantley’s, Barcos, and Toucan Bar and Grill. All were good. We took the ferry from Minnesott Beach and spent a day in Morehead/Beaufort-great day trip. We left relaxed and rested. Highly recommend. My only criticism of the trip? It’s been so long since I lived down east, I forgot what sweet tea tastes like when made with sulfur water …"
