Desk/office corner if needed, game table area with games, cards, dominos, etc. 3 Fireplaces for colder months, BBQ deck off kitchen. Balcony bar with folding doors that open to the Lake and wildlife. Birds galore, herons, eagles, grebes, etc. Fishing off the dock, bass love the reeds and shore plants.

The surrounding vineyards and wineries are well worth a day of tasting and exploring. Leveled up food choices around the Lake are available as are many Local Music venues playing almost everyday. Shopping in Kelseyville Boutiques or Lakeport shops on Main is a fun adventure. Hiking in the State Park or up Mount Konocti is a great day trip.
