Hôtel was rundown with no air conditioning. Room and bathroom were not what you would expect in a typical hotel. Lots of long-term tenants with their laundry hanging in the balconies. The surrounding did not feel very safe and we ended up moving to another hotel that same night we checked in.

This hotel is not within walking distance of the church or grotto. Place is old and ran down. Guests in rooms anbove us were playing music loudly. Our room had cobwebs above the door. No A/C and not near anything situated in a neighborhood. This place lacks a lot of things. Luckily we only stayed one night.

The hotel was clean and quiet, with a swimming pool. The kitchen was well-equipped — nothing was missing. The elevator is definitely a plus. I didn't pay extra for breakfast, but I found the price a bit too high. The only small downside was that we ran out of toilet paper after three nights — it was restocked on the fourth day.

A lovely pool breakfast available @13 euros if want. great service when check-in had my details and went straight to our room clean tidy warm all the mod cons comforts. Comfortable. This particular property gave me ha huge headache! Stay away from this property! It is a sorry excuse of finding ways to scam their guests. Paid in full have the receipt on hand and showed up stated that my reservation does not exist, even though I have the payment receipt, confirmation was more than a month ago. The headache I had looking for another place during the busiest time of April in Lourdes. Stay away from this place, it’s a scam!

Solange was very helpful. Accomodated to change room for two double beds with no problems The pool was very relaxing and met my expectations per the online pictures. Breakfast area was very bright with lots of windows and ample room. Selection was well provided including eggs and the coffee machine had excellent coffee to my surprise. Pillows and linens were very clean and comfortable. Kitchenette well equipped except no utensils on arrival had to ask for some.
