The room was clean and comfortable bed. Staff was helpful asked if we mended anything. Friendly front staff too. Convenient to restaurants. Parking was easy.

For a 7 day stay, the room was cleaned once (the 2nd day). The floors and rugs were filthy. No coffee or paper cups were refreshed. Tiny bars of soap were not refreshed. There was a partial box of tissues which I used up. They absolutely refused to give me a new box. “Only one Box per visit!” They promised a one night’s refund, but they didn’t do it.

I was told thatbif i made a reservation that its wouldnt be a problem for me to check into the hotel early around the time i called. So i purchased my ticket on your app and once i arrived at the hotel the end up charging me and an additional $45 fee on top of qhat i payed already for the room. And then charged me a seperate fee for incidentals. I was left with having to pay that additional fee in which i was unaware i had to pay which caused me to have to go without dinner last night. Had they mentioned it on the phone prior to my booking i could have made other arrangements but they didnt soni feel as if i were forced into it because i had already purchased my non refundable ticket the your website. I am unpleased and highly annoyed.

The room was damp. I asked about the problem and the solution was to turn ac down to 60 where the air blows on the bed. Not helpful. No coffee maker or refrigerator in room. I ended up leaving after one night. They still charged me for four nights. I am trying to get my money back.

Hard to find but worth the search
This was a nice comfortable room. Property seems to be in great condition. Bedding was clean. They do insist on putting a hold charge on your credit card where most hotels just take your card number. Sign of the times I guess. The place is hard to find.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the property. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Easy check in. The negative. It’s a hidden location. It’s a little outdated, the rooms aren’t big. Just big enough. Needs a little patch work in some areas but overall, I’ll definitely stay again.

We had to pay a $50 deposit that we were unaware of. We could see the outside from our door. The microwave didn't work. Feet were black from walking on the floor. Their were people outside grilling & hanging out they were so loud. We did not feel safe at the property. The gentleman working upfront was sitting over by the smoking area. He harassed me over smoking and wouldn't stop saying you need to quit. I just put my cigarette out and walked away. I did not appreciate that at all. We will NEVER stay here again.

Better than expected
We were in town for a basketball tournament. I was hesitant as we drove up but the room was super clean and in good shape. The bed was confortable and although the bathroom was small it was clean and everything we needed for our stay. The deposit situation was odd when we checked in but the young man behind the desk was super nice. The mexican restaurant in front of the hotel was really good and the staff were super friendly. Overall our trip was much better than expected for the price!!
