Modest, no frills.

Quick overnight for a hospital stay the next day. It's an older hotel that is super basic. It does have a nice looking pool and restaurant/bar area. Rooms are very basic, coffee maker, tv, fridge. There are several wings which make it a long haul from the front door to the rooms. We stayed here because it was cheap and close to downtown Louisville. It's modest, no frills place.

More consistently with cleaning the room and not skipping days. Providing sufficient towels and Paying attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness; making sure hair isn’t left behind ( observed long pieces of hair in the bathtub and on the ceiling of the bathroom, floor is vacuumed properly, spider webs accounted for and replace shades that don’t close properly/all the way for more privacy.

Wonderful staff that goes above and beyond to help make sure their guests are comfortable and very well taken care of. Sakar is absolutely fantastic! He was the first person I spoke to when we made our reservations at the spur of the moment and we were so upset about our home being destroyed and he took over and took care of us the entire stay which was very lengthy! Kimberly thank you for making sure iwas doing the right thing and helping me throughout our stay. Thank you guys you’re the best staff ever

It is very convenient for us to see our relatives. We will stay again. Only thing I could see a few things needs to be fixed. For instance, we were in room 110 the tile in tub needs fixing. The lock on the door didn’t lock like should.
