My wife and I stayed at the Omni Louisville hotel last weekend and were very disappointed with our stay. From the moment we arrived it was not good. We were given a double queen room which we did not want but because the hotel was over booked and we booked through Expedia (third party) we were not priority for the hotel. Once we put that past us we were hit with a big buzz/rumbling noise on and off throughout the whole night from the air conditioning (which I took video of multiple times throughout the night. To add to that disaster, in the morning I went to take a shower and there was absolutely no hot water coming out. My wife went downstairs to complain to the front desk. Once again I was told they were booked and I wouldn’t be able to change rooms but someone would be up to fix both issues. Which were never resolved. While we were out we received a text from housekeeping that they would be going by to clean the room. when we returned about 6 hours later it was not cleaned. Housekeeping eventually came around at about 530pm which we then declined as we were already starting to shower so we could head out for the night. That evening I went down to complain once again about the air conditioning and was told again someone would be up to fix the issue. Which this time we did receive a text saying that our air condition was fixed. Unfortunately when returned at about 11pm we noticed the ac was actually turned off . Nothing was ever done.
