Fine hotel. Decent room size, comfortable beds, clean facilities. Was disappointed pool was closed during our stay due to “health and safety” reasons??? Would’ve liked to have been made aware of this prior to booking! Or been compensated slightly. Great Breakfast options - only complaint was the coffee! Unfortunately machine wasn’t working and resulted in watered down coffee (blech!)

The hotel itself was nice enough, and the original price from Expedia was pretty good. However, Expedia charged me a $100 (refundable) damage deposit, and the hotel charged me the same upon arrival. Which was stressful. To have to use my card twice for two $100 charges. I had to wait 4 days to get the money back, and they kept $25 for some reason. The front desk lady didn’t seem to know why I was charged twice, and was overall very confused, which stressed me out more. I’ve booked third party dozens of times, and have never had this issue.

There was just one issue with one employee that ruins the entire stay and review for them and that’s bad because the other staff are great. The manager set him down and made him aware of his wrongs and handled it very professionally that's why that hotel is so wonderful if the one person wasn't there

Terrible room
If you are looking for a handicap room, definitely not where to stay. I’m in a wheelchair and could not get in my room because of vent right in front of the door. The bathroom not meant for shower chair and flooded only to be given a few towels by hotel to clean up the mess myself. They offer a pool, but it was closed the whole time I was there. Was a good hotel when they first opened, has gone downhill.
