There was trash and cigarette butts all around the lobby entrance. The front desk personnel didn't have the best attitude....maybe they had a long day?? It wasn't convenient for the parking garage getting in/out with no ticket. We left and went to another hotel after one night.

Great Overnight in Louisville
Great hotel for an overnight. Good location to the start of the Bourbon Trail and Louisville Slugger Museum. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning.

The hotel itself was awesome! Super clean and the rooms were super comfy. The staff were also super excellent. It’s literally a baseball throw from the Louisville Slugger museum and the Fraser Museum. While everything was walkable being on the end of W. Market some restaurants were a good 20 minutes away by foot to which there’s a great selection of them. Nevertheless after dark the area seems and feels a bit sketchy so once it gets dark Uber or Lyft is the thing. Still!…definitely would stay there again! Can’t recommend this hotel more!

Overall good stay . The wife and I stayed for three nights . Walkable to downtown . Very safe and clean city . Breakfast was always ready in the morning . I think the breakfast should be available til 10 am instead of 9 .

I could not get my wifi to connect unless I was standing in the bathroom. Also, I could not get the alarm clock or the USB ports to work. My wife discovered that a light switch on the wsll by the window needed to be turned on to get the clock and USB ports to work. How anybody would know about this is beyond me.

The rooms were spacious and clean and included a microwave and mini-fridge. The staff at check-in could've been a bit friendlier but overall, it was a nice place to stay in downtown Louisville.
