I stay at a lot of IHG hotels. This one needs some work. The employee that checked us in didn’t seem to either listen or hear well. Once in the room there were problems, mostly in the bathroom. The tissue box in the container had 1 tissue and no spare box. In the shower, tiles were cracked and wall paper was peeling off the wall. The toilet seat was so bad and loose that we thought one of us was going to end up on the floor. These are all things that the housekeeping staff should have noticed, corrected, or reporter. The room itself was a bit dark on one whole side. As far as breakfast, the variety was good and kept well stocked. You wouldn’t know they had cranberry juice as there is no label on the machine and therefore you’d think it was nothing. One of the cereal containers is mislabeled and was everyday of my stay. They have several TVs in the dining area, but for the most part only 2 were on. It would be a much better hotel if they maintained it properly and hired some better people. Not sure I’d stay there again. Lots of other choices in the area.
