The staff, room/beds, breakfast were on point. All very nice, clean, comfortable. The parking, though not actually part of the hotel, is in a straightforward and safe public parking structure right next door. The added convenience for us was that we came right off the highway upon arrival and were able to get right back on when we were leaving. Being near museum row was also nice.

The staff was excellent! Friendly & helpful on all levels! The breakfast (included!) was fantastic. We stayed three days/2 night and had easy access to all that we came to do & see. I would highly recommend!

This is a decent hotel, i have stayed more than once, and the price is lower than comparable hotels nearby. There are minor maintenance issues in the bathrooms, and you are right on the edge of the nice part of louisville.
