NO FREE HOT BREAKFAST/ Don't get taken!

Breakfast times were mentioned at check-in. But nothing was said about the fact that the "hot portion" of the meal is charged to your room. Such as scrambled eggs, sausage, Biscuits and gravy, among other items (which ALL were free at other establishments) were all charged to our room. There was NO mention of this before hand! Everything else was basically a free breakfast...fruit, cereal, bagels, toast, orange juice and apple juice!

Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. But you could tell the property was old or that it used to be something else before it was a Hilton. Also, the AC worked very well, but it was loud. Other than that, the property was great.

Zero complaints

A great hotel only 15-20 minutes from downtown Louisville with plenty to do nearby. The only “negative” thing I can even say about our experience was there were only two full size towels in the bathroom, which is common. I wish every stay in a hotel went as smoothly as this one did. Fantastic experience!

Bathroom cleanliness / detailing was concerning. Mold / mildew visible in bath. Pictures attached. Hallway floors unvacacummed. Debris visible. Staff shortage so the restaurant / bar was closed. Not the level of cleanliness I'd expect from a Hilton.

The Staff was nice. Unfortunately understaffed and the restaurant/bar was not open on a holiday weekend. The bed in room 225 was too hard and the pillows were lumpy. But I have stayed here throughout the years and in the past I was satisfied.
