The nightclub down the street had quite the ruckus with multiple police cars needed to quell the situation. Other than that the area was ok. I realize the hotel has no control over that.

Nice hotel and location. The front desk wasn’t able to answer any questions on what restaurant options were nearby. TV didn’t work. Called front desk and there was no answer. Called on my cell phone and got an answer. Had to call a third time before we had someone come to our room and fix the issue.

Check-in was easy and friendly. Front desk host was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I think staffing was an issue The only complaint was breakfast was terrible and there was not a real wait staff available..Area where they offered breakfast was old and filthy. I went back to the room and didn't order. Menu was over-priced, and taste of food was bad according to my son.

Received incorrect information about parking when I called before check in, at check in they didn’t have the desire (or ability?) to fix. Pictures of suite weren’t accurate, no bathtub or door separating bedroom. Traffic noise was really loud in the room at all times of day. The fridge froze whatever was placed inside. Location was convenient and walkable to everything downtown and the rooftop restaurant was excellent

Check in process took a really long time. They had 2 ladies at the front holding up the entire process. Directions were unclear online as far as parking went. Overall it felt very unorganized. The beds were very uncomfortable. Ice machine on our floor was out of service. Thankful we were only there for a nights stay.

The accessible room was in shoddy condition for a Hilton. The blinds were all scratched up it broke as soon as I got in the room and was stuck down so I couldn’t use the window.
