The pool was cold. The hot tub was closed and out of service and the breakfast was terrible. They had seating for 50 and food set out for 10 it was awful and on top of it all I use my reward points to pay for the room, but they requested a $500 deposit at check-in $500 who does that

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was also nice. We went to go to the mega cavern for the Christmas lights and it was centrally located for that. Would stay again.

A Jet crashed in Louisville shortly before we were suppose to check in and we were diverted to another airport. When I called the hotel, they just wished me a better next half of our vacation. We could not get to the hotel and we never received any refund or accommodations for what we went through that evening. Very, very disappointed with this treatment and will not be recommending to anyone else.

If you call and ask the hotel if there is a hot tub one member said it is next to the pool. He didn’t bother to say it hasn’t worked in years. Rooms are nice but outdated. Breakfast consisted of powder eggs, sone sort of potato and bacon or sausage. Nothing exceptional like the reviews said! Front desk was nice except for the one that lied who I never met. Would not stay here again.

Excellent guy at reception - several offers to help any way he could. Nice spacious room, very comfortable. Could use some Tilex around bath mat and drain. Very quiet despite being in room closest to the pool. Good breakfast but a few minutes late and decaf coffee was cold. But overall very pleased (nice neighborhood to walk dog) and would definitely stay there again.
