The townhouse is distributed in an entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large open space on the first floor that houses the kitchen, dining room and living room.
The master bedroom on the upper floor has an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom is easily reached by a wide and comfortable staircase.
The second bedroom is located on the first floor where you will also find the second bathroom and the open space of double height up to 5 meters that houses the kitchen, dining room and living room.

In the kitchen there is a large fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, hob, nespresso, washer-dryer and dishwasher.
