Very disappointing
Check in was OK except that they require that they write down your credit card info including the CVV (security number) which I was not at all comfortable with. There is no elevator and because my friend and I have mobility issues we had to wait 2 hours to have our luggage brought to our room and had a similar issue with bringing our luggage down when we checked out. There was no hot water in the shower. Even though they have a placard out front advertising their restaurant, we attempted to order and it was easily an hour before we were finally told that their kitchen isn't open on Sundays. The property is very welcoming and appealing but we won't stay here again given all of the issues mentioned.

Feels like coming home, only better, every time we stay. Love that the owner is on site and all staff recognize us and are polite and skilled and prompt. It’s a beautiful place to stay and close to everything interesting in town. Not to mention the beautiful, tasty and high quality food every single meal.

Mixed Feelings
Lovely property in an excellent location. So charming and the rooms are nice, spacious. My rating would be higher if I didn’t have ants everywhere in the room. I noticed them when I arrived in my room and was told they would deal with them the next day. I don’t understand why I wasn’t given a different room since the property was not even half full. The wi-fi was terrible. The chicken with chocolate pepper sauce was excellent.

This is a boutique hotel located right on the town square within walking distance to many amenities. The staff is amazing. It’s just a really cool vibe. Can’t go wrong.

Beautiful
Casa Natalia is always welcoming and wonderful. Such a beautiful property and sweet employees. They greeted us with a welcome margarita and a wet towel. If you’re gold with Hotels.com, you get a free bottle of champagne (or in our case, another big marg) 15% off your meal and an upgrade if possible. Food and drink are ALWAYS on point!

A real gem of a hotel
Beautiful boutique hotel. Guest services welcome us with a cool beverage and towel. Everyone of the staff has been friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, and cozy. The location is near restaurants and local shops. We only wish we had booked more nights.

Unfortunately when the owners opened this hotel we loved it and recommended it to all. It was a real jewel. It is apparent that they have delegated management to staff and it shows. Now it is barely a 3.5 star and somewhat in need of upkeep. Understaffed and average service. On our last night our room was not serviced. It shows that they are budgeting tooo much. I suggest owners upgrade it to a real 5 star rating as the Cabo market is where the $$ is. Breakfast is excellent but the area needs to have A/C Please don’t let this little jewel go.

Casa Natalia is artistically designed. It is not only a gorgeous property but it's really relaxing to be there. The management is so friendly and helpful. It is located right on the plaza and there is always something going on. We had a lovely time and would stay there again.

This was a last minute booking for us and it was meant to be. What a gem! This cute little hotel is specal. The staff was very helpful. We discovered our fan and ac were not working. They came immediately and set the fan right. The AC could not be fixed and they offered us a new room. We chose to stay in our adorable first floor room be ause the 2 working fans were fine. We will definitely stay here again.
