I love the property but the parking is very hard to find as there is very few parking spots.. The workers are very nice and it is convenient to anywhere you would like to go.

Not what i expected. Rm is rundown.. dirty and smell old! Front desk person is not very welcoming and having unhappy face. I asked about places nearby places to go around and he said, “ i don’t have any idea”. I don’t recommend this place.. better try to stay in big hotel names where staffs are properly trained in customer relations job.

It was a nice little hotel. Relatively close to everything if you are planning to visit downtown LA and universal studios. A middle point between LAX , the beach, USH. The parking yes you have to park on the street, so we save it for longer and farther trips. If we wanted to go to the grove or downtown we just took uber from the hotel so we don't lose our spot. A minor inconvenience you can say but there are ways to do it. The hotel gives you a permit to park on the streets for free. There is a deposit you need to make but they refund it at check out. I will stay here next time for sure.

This hotel was very affordable and we felt safe and slept ok,and the AC worked well. The beds seemed to be pretty cheap mattresses, and although firm, it was like you could feel the springs and hear the plastic/vinyl every time you turned over. The shower was fine but the walls had hair all over them! The carpets were pretty dirty but the linens were clean. The breakfast was all pre-packaged foods
