Housekeeping refused to do their job. Ambivalent staff. I stayed for two nights, paying $480/night (including taxes and fees). On the second day, I called around 11am to request housekeeping. As of 7pm, housekeeping still hadn’t come. I called again and explained we had wet towels on the floor and trash overflowing. The staff let me know they would send housekeeping, and I went out for the night. When I returned in the early morning hours, the room still had not been cleaned. I had to go to the front desk and request towels so my fellow travelers and I could shower and not have to use wet towels from the floor. Upon checking out, they didn’t even ask how the stay was, so I volunteered that the service was awful. The guy at the front desk was ambivalent, but at least he said sorry. For $480/night, you would expect that you could get trash emptied and clean towels without having to call and request that, but I couldn’t even get that after multiple requests.

Great hotel
Adjacent to the convention center, there was a small shopping outlet offering a variety of options, with several restaurants conveniently located just across the street. These eateries were situated near the boat docking area, adding to the charm and accessibility of the location. The hotel was ideally situated within walking distance of both the convention center and the arena, making it incredibly convenient for attending events. The staff was friendly.

We stay for a few days. Our room was not serviced the day before we checked-out. Very bad for us. This leaves a bad impression of a hotel that by the way, may use a remodeling and refurbish of the baths and overall furniture
