The service was amazing. The staff was wonderful and friendly. They made sure to accommodate their guests. Mrs. Fran was amazing, friendly, we enjoy having the delicious breakfast she made each morning. Esther was very attentive, friendly and always checked in on us. The premises are clean, peaceful, quiet and we felt safe at the hotel. We loved our stay at The Cove hotel. We will recommend it to our families and friends. All the staff we interacted with were fabulous. Front desk was very professional and well dressed. Bar/Cafe staff member Fran was wonderful. We were visiting family, had no idea what to expect after growing up here and remembering it as an “old” motel. It’s renovated and really nice. Like they still kept some of the old staff employed even after new ownership and remodel. Seems they are working to turn this into a higher quality and higher end hotel for the neighborhood. Like it!
