Very clean property, helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and spacious, and fit my family of 3 perfectly. Conveniently located minutes from food, shopping, and Six Flags Magic Mountain. Quiet and cozy property. Beautiful pool area and spots to relax outside. Enjoyed the choices at the Continental breakfast each morning. Overall an excellent stay!

Though we have stayed at this property before and had a great experience; this time I was extremely disappointed. Upon check in, they can see we have 6 people and was not offered linen for the pull out bed or sofa. I went back down to the lobby, and was told he would get it for me in a bit, i stated I would wait as I have kids that have been driving for hours that are tired and was told it would take awhile as he was just clocking in. This turned into a 45 min wait for bed stuff. I believe my biggest disappointment was the fact we were there for 3 days and booked for 6 people. We were told they clean the room every other day, which was fine, but when you return from your second day at 6 flags (3rd day at hotel), to find no clean towels and garbage still full and beds unmade, i was very upset. I went to customer service, because my phone didnt work in the room and was told there was nothing that could be done, they had no cleaning staff on duty. All they could do was bring me a garbage bag and towels.

Great breakfast,only wish hours were the same on the weekends so travelers could get an early start. Rooms ok just HATED the opaque bathroom door. Felt like privacy was compromised and when using the bathroom at night the light streaming into bedroom woke up other family mothers.

there are people in the pool in the mid night, create lot of noise, cant sleep at all and try the call front desk, the phone in the room is not working, that is a bad experience.

Nice updated hotel. Our room was clean, except when I moved the foot rest by the couch to pull out the bed their was a cigarette on the floor, so I can't imagine they had moved it prior to vacuum there. But overall quiet and a good hotel.

stayed for five days. linen changed on 4th day after i at complainfront desk. trash removed from room on 4th day. no change in breakfast all 5 days. food cold and also recycled previous day's leftovers reheated. terrible experience. this after group booking 7 rooms for a family event.
