Front desk service was poor. Gave us a room with shower tap not working. TV remote not working. Had to change room after settling in. Pool was closed with no notice at the time of booking. Hotel was rated 4 start but should be rated 1 star.

Run down but clean
The place is worn down. I waited over half an hour in line to check in (at 11:30pm!). Lots of noise from construction and nearby service staircase made for a poor night's sleep. Bathroom faucet didn't work well. Bathroom was old. It was clean though.

Property has shared parking garage with Hyatt. This property is under going renovations. They didn’t let us know about it until 2 days prior to check in. The pool and work out room were unavailable. Our hotel room had two lights not working, no luggage rack, shower head that partially worked and mold on the shower ceiling. Plastic was covering a portion of the hallway carpet off of the elevator. The parking elevator didn’t work today and always stuck on floor 7. Limited food options on site. We did mention these things and only got a $25 comp.
