Great stay, will be back!
Great stay, no daily room service, but extra supplies are available 24/7 in a cupboard in the hall. Very friendly staff and I really likes the valet parking attendants, they were most helpful, courteous and efficient.

Constant bangng from upstars above... bathroom sink was clogged... The young giirl that was at the front desk when we arrived apprx 2pm was very nasty ,young and does not know anythng about customer service. The Sonder website is a joke. When I orginally went on the website to check in we asked for early checkin. Never received confirmaton that the room was ready. We went to dinner then retreived our stored bags at 5:10

Not worth being charged twice
I paid for my stay months in advance through hotels.com. When I arrived, I gave them my card to be charged for an early check in which was $20 when I looked at my bank account I was charged twice for my hotel room and I even spoke to the hotel before I left and they still charged my card without my authorization

You pay top $$$ for a 3* hotel in a decent locatio
The location is good, but a bit away from the main attractions. It's safe and I walked the streets of the neighborhood at night, solo (single white male) - no issues. If you book here, you pay for the location. The rooms are barely checking minimum requirements, there's no room service, and the room is not made up during the sejour, unless you are staying for at least a week. So no service whatsoever. The furniture is bare minimum, a bed, a desk, two night tables, one (1) chair. No glass glasses, a small fridge with the freezer broken, the A/C broken. In the room you find ear plugs - the property leaves them for you - to try and cover the noisy rooms!!! Hilarious ... I would stay elsewhere if I were to go to LA again. But I'm not sure if I want that, the whole city has been a disappointment.

This was such a convenient stay for our final evening in California. Easy to get to, close to some iconic LA spots, nice shower, comfy bed and easy valet parking.

Pros: Comfortable bed, good a/c. Cons: Marginally clean room; floors not thoroughly swept and mopped. Bathroom fixtures working but in poor condition (shower head, drain cover, soap/shampoo dispensers, shower curtain rod). Mini-fridge in room but no microwave. All-in-all, just OK for the price and area (Beverly Hills/West Hollywood). Will probably stay somewhere else next time.

I liked the small boutique feel. I also liked the courtyard. I wish they had fresh coffee in the lobby. Love that there was a pure water dispenser. Both AM & PM staff were so helpful and pleasant. It's a pretty bare bones kind of place, but clean and comfortable.

The room was quaint and had old charm. Loved the atrium and terrace views. Easy walk to the Troubador. We enjoyed everything. Parking was valet only.
