This cozy home is nestled between the edge of Downtown and The Pacific Ocean. Sitting right on Ocean Boulevard, it's directly across the street from stairs that lead to the expansive beach as well as paved trails, where you can go for a spin on the bikes we provide!
Just a short walk to the convention center, coffee shops, or delicious eateries and shops. Bluff Park only steps away where free Yoga on The Bluff is offered twice daily! Join the festivals at The Queen Mary; not even a mile away!

Being centrally located makes our place an ideal accommodation for students, professionals, and travelers.

Long Beach Airport - 17 min
LAX - 30 min
BEDROOM- Queen-size bed.
In addition, there is a twin rolling bed in the closet.
LIVING ROOM - Queen size - Tri-fold mattress
BATHROOM - Located in the hallway 1 full bathroom shower/tub
LAUNDRY - A US-based app will be used to wash and dry your laundry.
PARKING - There is no assigned parking, free street parking.
PLEASE NOTE: We are located in a downtown urban beach neighborhood, directly across the street from the beach on main st. So parking can be slim to none. If you have a car depending on the time of day you will most likely have to park blocks away. We do give paid parking suggestions which is 3 blocks away ( 8 min walk). Uber, Lyft, and public transportation are easily accessible. The condo is located on the first floor for easy accessibility.
We provide only an initial batch of supplies to get you comfortable as soon as you arrive, but any re-supply should be provided by guests. A list of initial supplies will be provided in our guest guidebook that we will send you upon booking.
We are available via messaging, text, or phone call and will respond quickly.
HOUSE RULES

ONLY registered guests are allowed in the property at ALL TIMES.
~~GUEST REGISTRATION~~
Main guest, must be registered with a valid picture ID. All remaining adult guests 18+ will be registered by full name, prior to check-in. Local guests must be 25+. Emergency contact will be shared through a form.
~~NO SMOKING AT ALL~~
This is a smoke free complex. Violations will be immediately reported, and the $900 fine will be guests responsibility.
~~NO PETS ~~
Service pets will incur additional cleaning fee.
~~NO LOUD MUSIC ~~

~~CHECK IN/CHECK OUT~~
CHECK IN is anytime after 3:00 PM.
CHECK OUT is at 11:00 AM. To respect the Housekeeper's time any late check out will incur a $45 fee, for every 30 mins.
An early check-in or late checkout must be arranged in advance. If available $35 per hour will apply to each request.
~~SURVEILLANCE CAMERA/NOISE SENSOR ~~
Camera covers the front entry only. Noise levels above 75 decibels prompt a message to lower the volume. Repeated violations will result in termination, if police are involved; $1,000 fine. Devices are not to be tampered with.
~ HOUSEHOLD ITEMS~
Missing or damaged items will result in a replacement fee. Towels and comforters are for their intended use only, and stains will require replacement.
~~PROPERTY RELATED KEYS~~
Failure to return keys will incur a $100 replacement fee.
$100 for lock-out service.
