The hotel was exactly what we needed, a space to sleep with comfortable beds, bathroom and a/c. Has a really nice internal patio with chairs. It is outdated and not the cleanest but it was safe and had a convenient and safe parking area which in LA is a must. Overall it was exactly what we were hoping it to be, and I would gladly stay there again.

ants! especially in the bathroom sink and bathtub walls. the "clean towel had hair inside the fold. the bed is soft at first but you can feel the springs. and random guy knocking on our door acouple of times. security should be better.

The location is quite nice. There is a grocery store in the Korean mall across the street on the lower level! The seating area outside was really nice to eat our take out meals at. The rooms are dated but nice enough. I wouldn't recommend this if you're looking to stay at your hotel all the time. It's a decent enough bathroom and bed to sleep in. Bed sheets were clean. Bathrooms are old but clean. I know they mop the floors because I saw the cleaning lady's do it. I didn't think the beds were too hard like some other reviews. Depending on who was working the front desk the service was nice. The younger male was really kind. Parking garage is tight spaces but great! I appreciate it being free! Just make sure to get a parking pass at the lobby. I didn't worry about my car as there is a security guard. There was a microwave and mini fridge in both the rooms we had. We were about 45 min from the beaches.
