There was a distinct odor in the lobby, the walls were dirty, the front door to the lobby was dirty- we gave it the benefit of a doubt because it is exposed, but the room was also dingy, dirty and old- the shower tiles had mildew and grout was missing.

The facilities are not terrible, just the Wi-Fi is spotty, and the TVs are small. But the staff and management were very helpful. Not to mention they offer a portable crib that you can borrow for your children. Nice addition.

The bathroom was dirty/old but the biggest issue was that both tvs in the room did not work. They would power on, but we had no access to any channels and the remotes provided didn’t do anything besides change the volume. we called for help twice but the maintenance man was unable to fix the issue, although he tried and was very friendly. Also, he only spoke Spanish which would be tricky if my husband wasn’t with me. I’ve called now five days in a row and still haven’t heard back from the manager despite being told I would get a call back. I waited to leave this review as I was hoping we’d reach a solution but since we checked out six days ago, I’d say I gave them a reasonable amount of time to rectify this

The hotel I stayed in was in a state of disrepair, with outdated and unclean towels and sheets. I was even greeted by cockroaches in the bathroom, I promptly informed the clerk, who apologized and kindly offered me another room. Unfortunately, it was just as old and dirty as the first one. I must strongly advise against staying here. This establishment has a certain reputation, and it's not for its cleanliness or quality of service.
