Lovely property with clean, cozy bed and room. I liked the clever design aesthetic, decor and property condition. Location is prime with eateries and boutiques in the direct vicinity and short drives to the best of everything in LA. Would recommend and stay again, staff was stellar.

Had trouble controlling the air conditioner. Had to call for service. No hot water on the last day at 6:30 am. Was told the were working on it and there wouldn’t be hot water btwn 10-5. Tried to get a coffee at 7:30 and couldn’t.

Solid Palihouse
3 night stay. Great location for The Beverly Centre just a short walk. Nice pool but very small and not suitable for kids. More a couples or single person hotel. Parking onsite expensive as is the case with many hotels now. Rooms were lovely, nice boutique hotel and decoration. Felt that there was more to be offered to get a higher rating.

While I enjoyed staying the second time at this hotel the parking situation was poor this time around. Mainly because it’s valet and this time around we had a bad experience where the attendant dirtied our car trying to jump to the driver seat. This is an expensive car and you should treat people’s car with more care. While this left a sour taste, they were accountable and didn’t charge us for the valet.
