The room was fairly clean but could’ve been cleaner. The staff was SO kind and helpful everyone who worked there was lovely. I wish there was a microwave in the room- very inconvenient to have all guests sharing one microwave in the lobby.

The AC was extremely noisy. Someone had pets on the floor (plural) and it sounded like the dogs were fighting (terrible). I tried to take a work call from my room and the cleaning crew was vacuuming the hall after 4pm right outside my door. I told the manager and she looked at me like I was an idiot for even mentioning it. They made me pay for a “full days” parking even though I told them I had a rental car I was taking back to the airport in 2 hours. On my way to the airport I asked them what time the shuttle ran and they told me every hour. They told me I needed to be there at 1:50 for the 2pm shuttle that leaves on time. At 2pm, the driver was just sitting in the van eating. He didn’t even leave until 20min after 2pm. I can go on and on. It’s just not a good place and it’s ran by people who just don’t care. Horrible, just horrible! Only stay here as a last resort. They treat you like they are used to dealing with the homeless or really poor people who need them.

The rooms I had there were roaches there. I called the front desk and they said they would come and do something but never did. The rooms air conditioner wasn’t working good. The rooms were dirty as far as floor dirty. We stayed 2 days and didn’t get new towels or tissue.

Staff was very helpful, efficient and i had a smooth check-in the room was very clean and it was amazing staying down the street from the airport, the hotel was different from staying at a regular motel 6 and the cutest thing is they had a airport shuttle who was very professional and knowledgeable and helpful gave us great suggestions on wgere to eat dinner! Awesome stay!
