Past the large skylit atrium, the living area features an ocean-view wall of windows. Details include a big smart TV and a convenient office area.

Prepare delicious dishes in the impressive chef's kitchen, configured with a huge fridge, two dishwashers, and a six-burner gas range.
A larger-than-life Miles Davis mural accompanies the dining table for eight.
BED & BATH
This home accommodates eight guests in four suites, each with a smart TV.
Sleep soundly in the plush primary suite, appointed with a California king bed, a writing desk, and a private ocean-view balcony. The spa-like en-suite bathroom includes dual vanities, a separate water closet, a walk-in shower, and an ocean-view soaking tub.
The second and third suites each feature a queen bed, a writing desk, a private ocean-view balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The fourth suite holds a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
A convenient guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, a separate vanity, and direct outdoor access.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The amazing ocean-view terrace offers ample outdoor lounging and dining space. Upscale touches include two gas firepits and a Frederick Remington reproduction.
Stroll past meditation benches and a gazebo through the beautifully landscaped backyard. Located down a winding pathway, your direct beach access sets you just south of the famous County Line. A beachfront wood-burning firepit provides evening ambience.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi and central air-conditioning are provided. A dedicated laundry room is equipped with a washer/dryer and a sink.
Parking is provided for three cars in the gated driveway. Street parking is not available.
This home has a two-story layout. The pathway to the beach has the equivalent of several flights of stairs, and does not have handrails.
The fireplaces in the home are not operational.

LOCATION
West of Malibu on an exclusive stretch of shoreline, this coveted setting is perfect for a quiet beach getaway. The peaceful beach below is essentially inaccessible to non-property owners.
Stroll the sands at low tide to the famous surf beach County Line, just north of the home.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
