The staff at front desk weren’t very helpful or friendly, and they don’t wear any name tags. We were assigned a room designed for someone who uses a wheelchair, which isn’t a good choice if you don’t use a wheelchair. This hotel doesn’t have a pool as the pictures on the website show, pool was removed a few years ago. We were awoken at 6 am due to a union protest on the sidewalk in front the hotel. Finally this is the only property that I ever stayed at that adds a worker protection fee to the bill. Would never stay there again.
