When we were leaving we got in the elevator and were stuck for a little bit. I went back into the office and they told me it was inoperatable. Someone should have put signs on the elevator. I was told to go use the stairs. Didn't find that right away either. There was 2 doors there and the first one was locked. I tried the 2nd and it was the stairs. Again Signs should have been there also. The rooms themselfs were very nice and clean. That was the only good thing.

Hotel currently under renovation which made some issues for our stay. The elevator from the garage was down making unloading and loading difficult as there was no way to stop in the street. The restaurant was closed and the breakfast was a minimal grab and go. Otherwise everything else was very good.

Hotel construction work is not an issue to me. However, I had some problems with my stay that got solved by themselves. 1. No hot water after 3 min in the shower 2. Light switches not properly working. What I haven’t been able to solve is that I forgot my headphones and tried to call them to ask if they could ship them but nobody answered from the front desk. I also sent a message through the expedia app and nobody answered. I can’t imagine if instead of my headphones I had forgotten my passport…

We had an email 4 days before check in, apologies for building work. But had not realised how much disruption this would mean. The car parking was very difficult and getting our luggage into the hotel was a nightmare. The 3 rooms we booked into were nice and had a comfy bed. But had no water in the fridges, no coffee making facilities and the bathroom had nothing but towels and a small bar of soap. The restaurant was closed (we had specially picked a hotel with on site parking and a restaurant) we complaind to reception but told we would have to speak to the manager in the morning we asked that they should at least allow us free parking as compensation for aĺl our inconvenience, but after a phone call to the manager we

They don't tell you when you are booking, but after you book they send you a message about the breakfast buffet not being available due to "minor renovations". They are not minor. The hotel is undergoing massive construction and should be g greatly discounted or maybe even choose during this time. Please be AWARE - the hotel is very inconvenient currently and there's heavy equipment beeping day and night!

The property was under construction, which was not known to us until we had booked a nonrefundable rate. The confirmation shared the hotel was under construction. Under construction means construction going on in adjacent rooms, elevators in the parking garage not working. We had to carry all of our bags down the stairs to check in, the entrance to the lobby was under construction so you have to carry your bags around to the front door. Very inconvenient many people were complaining and the front staff was trying to be helpful but it was an awful experience. It didn’t make up for the fact that we were not told this before we booked the reservation. No amenities including restaurant or pool which was advertised. Restaurant was closed therefore we got a bag with two muffins, apple and a yogurt as breakfast. To make matters worse they charge $100 for a deposit. I said what if there is nothing to buy, there’s no restaurant. They charged us 49.95 for parking while the elevator was broken! They didn’t deduct the 49.95 from the hundred dollars that they charge for incidentals instead they charged me $100 49.95 that will be held now for I don’t know how many days . Worst hotel experience we’ve ever experienced!

I liked the fact that it was near LAX. I did not appreciate the ongoing construction noise and inconvenience. There was also no hot running water in bathroom sink and water pressure was low, pencil thin. Elevators in parking garage were out of order. There was no loading and unloading zone except in the street with fast-moving traffic. There was no notification online of the ongoing construction.

False advertising. Got email that renovation and restaurant closed. However major renovtions being done to hotel. Renovation noise till 6pm. Lobby, lobby restroom and garage elevator are closed for renovation. Luggage held in garage area with early check in. Electrial outlets near bed non functioning. Charge hotel fee, but no amenities provided! Would not recommend this hotel at this time.
