Overall, good stay. Am a returning guest. Oddly, I was given a “key-card” that had not been programmed to open the room. Had to return to the front desk for programming. I do not like the “Parking Fee”.

My room had a weird smell to it. They charge you $15 per day to park in an empty lot that's on their property, and you don't know about it until you check in (hidden fees). And the water faucet in the bathroom had real bad hard water buildup that was clearly visible. I checked out the very next day, and I was in town 4 days. Never again.

This hotel was very clean and very accommodating. They let us park our car here for the week while we went on our cruise. They also shuttled us to port and back, it took so much stress off my hands for our first cruise.

We stayed here the night before our cruise. They offered to let us keep our car here during and shuttle service to the boat! For this being our first time in a cruise this was amazing and eased a ton of anxiety.

The hotel was safe, clean and conveniently located. I would definitely stay there again! The only experience I didn’t like was when I checked in around 10pm, there were two ladies sitting at the reception area. I was not greeted and had to stand in front of one of them who was cutting paper until she was done and finally looked up at me. I felt like I was bothering her. In contrast, when I went into the lobby in the morning, there was a gentleman and different lady at the desk and I was warmly greeted and asked if I need anything. I was glad to see that maybe I just caught the night reception ladies on a bad day!

TV didn't work properly and could not be used. The neighbors next to me were constantly slamming doors (8 or 9 times) going in and out of their room after midnight. Also, their dog was barking at 3 am. So, sleeping was not possible. The hotel was clean, and the bed was nice. The check in staff was nice.
