This property is comprised of a two story duplex home and this guest house. You can use our gorgeous pool & extra large outdoor lounge complete with day beds. The pool & outdoor area close at 10pm due to sound ordinance of Los Angeles.
During pool hours you may hear sound coming from the above pool patio area if it is being used by our other tenants, we mention this to be ultra~thorough, most times it will be very serene and peaceful and quiet!
Security cameras are monitoring outdoor areas only for safety.
