The guesthouse has a green, sunny yard area. It's located on a green, quiet, and safe residential side street in the heart of historical Hollywood and walking distance to famous Hollywood sights, eateries, and clubs. Walk of Fame, Sunset Strip, WeHo, and Runyon Canyon are just around the corner. The guesthouse has a separate keyed entrance and no shared space. It has a full private bathroom, kitchen area (w/ kitchenette, large refrigerator, electric double cook top, sink, microwave), brand new non-central individual AC w/ remote control, 50 inches HDMI flat panel cable TV with 388 channels, fast WiFi, queen size bed w/ 6 inch memory foam mattress, love-sofa, side table, coffee table, large table/desk, and a full size mirror. The studio bathroom has a shower w/ Hansgrohe shower head, Duravit wall mounted toilet, and Duravit sink with Hansgrohe faucet. Great location and even better host
I had a lovely time staying in Ela’s guesthouse. She was extremely king and accomodating and the space was clean and has everything you might need. Highly recommend.
