Room was dirty when we arrived. Dirty sink, bed not made, bathroom dirty. We were moved to a room that was not the same type we booked and paid for. Nobody reached out to comp or compensate in some way. Hotel is very old and needs a lot of work.

While checking in I was charged my “hotel hold deposit fee” twice-once on my debit card & once on credit card. When I alerted the online check in kiosk there was no apology & nothing could be done. Terrible service.

Dont book here I book the hot tube room for two days once I checked out and waies the time my deposit was supposed to sent back to my card but it didn't had to call several times just to be told I smoked in the room smh I never did Im on camera on the property smoking by my car Always never in the room at all if that was so wouldn't the workers smell the smoke and kick me out I was there for two whole days now Im out 150 for something I never did so say your money and find some where better

We will definitely stay there again. Its convenient to our reason for traveling to Glendale. Room was larger than we expected. However, good luck in figuring out how to get extra towels. Front desk has been closed in. Only a person on a screen which worked out ok when checking in and out. Also, you will be charged $15 a day to park on their property.

The hotel was nice. They have a virtual front desk which is open 24 hours so that was really convenient. The vending machines don’t always work and is managed by a third party so the hotel doesn’t handle issues with those. My biggest problem while staying here was the vending machine and having to contact a third party that never answers the phone. I would recommend this stay and I would stay here again with my young children.
