The bathtub was clogged since we got there we weren’t able to shower. called front desk they said they’d have someone over they never came. The hallways smelled like weed the room and bathroom/towels had hair everywhere toilet had poop stains shower was dirty

1. OUR ROOM IS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES. 2. The glass window, lamps, bathroom corners and AC vent are dirty. 3. The hallway is dirty and has unpleasant odor, fishy smell all the time. 4. The elevator is dirty. 5. The hotel interior is extremely outdated. 6. Staff was polite.

The staff here were very nice and I appreciate it being to close to stores and restaurants. The only complaint I had was how noisy it was. We were on the second floor and we could constantly hear the door slammed underneath us. It made it hard to sleep. Otherwise, great experience.
