Everything was wonderful except the parking. We had two cars and we still had to pay full feee every day for a whole week and that was a lot of money. Other than that, the staff was wonderful and we really enjoy the rooms and the quality breakfast as we as the complimentary happy hour!

Embassy Suites in Glendale needs to update their rooms. We stayed in a room that needed the carpet changed because of fraying and sharp edges between the carpet and laminate to the kitchen. Also the wallpaper was peeling. Not to mention the lights flickering constantly. Won’t stay here again.

Its okay. The bed was uncomfortable, hurt my back a little bit. The ac was not cooling the bedroom properly only the living room was cold. Shower head is old, took a long time to wet my hair. Breakfast was good tho and also the snacks during happy hour. Staff were also very accommodating.

The first room provided was flooded. They provided another room quickly. Apart from that the overall experience was great. We enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was great. The location is the best if you are planning to visit Universal Studios. It was really family friendly. I would book again.
