Great stay in Arcadia!
I stay here every time I come down from Sacramento and I’m never disappointed. The front staff is always so nice and accommodating. It’s great that they offer a reception service in the evenings and a breakfast buffet. Great omelette station and the service staff is very attentive.

Check-in process was easy. They provided a happy hour and 2 drinks however, a happy hour food items were stale, goldfish, crackers, and pub mix along with leftover breakfast fruit and yogurt, as well as cold popcorn. That needs to be Improved or just get rid of it and give the two drinks. Breakfast was amazing options and the omelette bar was fantastic. Trouble getting onto the Wi-Fi But my cell phone has unlimited Wi-Fi so I didn’t really care too much about it. I wish the TV could connect to my Netflix account or Hulu account. The Basic room was very nice king size bed very cozy. The living room area separate from the bedroom was nice to have. Big point of the hotel choice in the fall was the indoor pool it was heated but because it’s an indoor pool, they were pumping in so much AC that it felt like being outside big thumbs down. If they could just fix the AC in the pool area and not make it so cold as well as fix the happy hour, then it would be a very economical and great place
