It was a good stay, like always, but for some reason the bed was really hard in room 329, my husband and I both did not sleep good, and we wokw up with sore backs.

This is one of the Embassy Suites hotel. The staff member was very friendly and made it easy to check in and out. We enjoyed the pool & spa. Breakfast food was very good.

Front desk staff is excellent. Loved the option to have someone prepare an omelette as I wish. Also loved the happy hour 5p-7p with two free drinks and snacks. I truly love hash brown for breakfast and they don't offer it, but they do have diced potatoes. If you are traveling with a handicap person, you need to specify what kind of handicap are you referring to. I called twice and confirmed when checking in that I needed a handicap room with shower to be level floor (no bathtub). To my surprise, when checking the bathroom there was a bathtub. The handrails and bench alone does not mean that's a handicap room. I brought it up to the front desk and they apologyzed and quickly offered me another room which indeed had the shower at floor level (no bathtub). Plenty of handicap parking spaces is a plus! If visiting Los Angeles, I would stay here again. Easy access to highway. They do have a restaurant on premise, but if wanting to eat out once in a while, there are plenty of other choices nearby ... sushi, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Japanese and Vietnamese restaurants, Subway and so much more.

All staff here are wonderful from we Checked in and out , hot cook breakfast is super good with choices omelet or fried eggs …. Room is big enough for family of four. We enjoyed our stay here. Only needed to improve part is condition of bathroom and we hope they would upgrade next time.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and allowed our family of 6 enough space to relax. The breakfast was delicious and it's amazing getting to order an omelette each morning. The evening snack and drink was also a nice addition. There was plenty of parking and our kids had fun in the pool. My only complaint was that the room didn't seem to get as cold as the thermostat advertised. One night I couldn't sleep under the sheets because I was too hot and the thermostat was set to 60 but it felt more like 78. The did send a person to check it out and it did improve but I like my hotel room chilly and it never got there. Overall, I'd gladly stay here again as our whole family enjoyed the three nights we spent at the hotel.
