Amazing hotel. Definitely a party hotel so if you like to party stay here. Please don’t touch the bar in your room, you al be charged. We were charged for a wine that my husband picked up. I think one of the staff drank it but it wasn’t us. We tried getting our money back and they denied it. That sucked.

I requested a wakeup call and did not receive one on the day of my flight out. The first day the phone was not working. The thermostat in the room was not so easy to adjust. They should have offered to remove one day's resort fee for not providing the wakeup call on a critical day. Staff were friendly and I did receive an early check in.

An excellent hotel adventure
I was a little concerned that some of the reviews said there was a lot of noise. I stayed for a weekend and had no trouble at all with noise. I was on the 6th floor. We loved the style of the hotel. Our room had a super bed with excellent sheets and pillows. The shower is huge and very nice to use. I would rebook and refer friends to stay here. The sheer curtain over the glass wall that provides the bathroom privacy may not be comfortable with couples or friends who are on the shy side. The place is spotless, the staff is very helpful, the rooftop restaurant food was excellent. The morning free coffee and grab-and-go breakfast items (for pay) are ideal for a simple breakfast. The place opened in 2017 and is starting to show some wear and tear on the decor but it is still a great place. If you aren't used to urban living the neighborhood is a little sketchy at night. Use car service, don't walk (Hollywood is still trying hard to work on this and has been for years.)

The staff was very friendly and upgraded. The hotel is clean. The hotel is next to a dance hall and it is VERY LOUD. The bass and music and sound kept us up until late. The bathroom has a funky set up where there is a class shower in the room so you literally see the person going to the bathroom and showering. It was clean and staff very friendly. I wouldn’t stay there ever again.
