Very nice! Not fancy but very clean. They could have more staff at the front desk. We were fine when we checked in early but every time we walked through the lobby there were dozens of people waiting in line to check in.

Great for night before the cruise, no view but loved the bathtub and king bed. Included breakfast was good, as was shuttle to the port. No stress way to start your cruise vacation. Green Onion Mexican restaurant nearby was excellent!

Broken elevators
Check in time they had only 1 receptionist and a consistent line of about 20 people due to cruise ship leaving the next day. After check in we went up to the room and when we decided to go out into town the elevators were broke. Tried speaking to house keeping but that proved difficult because of a language barrier which was ok. The lady called to the front desk and they told her to have us use the stairs for now. Went down the stairs and we couldnt get through any of the doors because yoh have to swipe a key card from that floor. Went to the other end of the building and tried those stairs and still everything was locked. Called desk they said theyd send someone to HELP US GET OUT OF TGE HOTEL. The emergency doors, nothing would open. They help did not come. Then we finally got out and i went to the front desk which was still busy and staffed by 3 people now. I asked to speak to the manager and the man said there isnt one available to speak to you and i ask him to have the manager call me once it slowed down, never got a call. The workers were laughing as we tried to ask them how to get out and made jokes like the elevators took a break. Was very frustrating and honestly the way it was handled and ignored i wouldnt sat here again.

The hotel is convenient for cruise ships for overnight. The rooms were old and need updating. Ice machines were broken. Happy hour was nice. Vending area is not maintained. Mexican resturaunt across the street very good.

Everything was great til we went to their little shop to buy something to eat! Almost everything they sell needs to be microwaved. There are no microwaves in the rooms. So we we to front desk, asked about a microwave, yes you can request them. So the gentleman got us one and went to hand it to my fiance' and he was shocked! We asked dont you deliver it to our room?! The man said no!! He made us carry this damn microwave up to the 6th floor! What hotel does this??? We paid a lot of money for 1 night at this cery nice hotel, to have to carry a freakin MICROWAVE ourselves?!?! That is just wrong! We didnt have time the next morning to ask for someone in charge cause we has to get on a cruise ship, but that was definitely wrong of that front desk man to have us do that!!!! Thats horrible hospitality and not caring at all about your guest!!
