It didn’t say anything about it being a shared property other than “shared bathroom” which leads you to believe that you’ll only be sharing it with your party. Also in regards to the bathroom, the other guests in the house were slobs, rarely picking up after themselves. Other than that, our room was nice & we weren’t really there to say anything otherwise
