Get away from the crowds and the chaos and unwind in a luxurious home with spectacular ocean views situated in the Malibu Hills. If you enjoy inside-out living in a calm setting with breathtaking views, this is the place for you. A wonderful quiet home minutes  away from PCH and the famous Getty Villa. An incredibly bright open-plan home. Ideal for families who enjoy nature and a peaceful sanctuary.

We also have a fleet of luxury cars that can be rented for an additional fee. We offer our guests a preferential rate when a car is combined with a property rental.
Rates include all taxes and fees:

- Tesla Model S Plaid 2023. Price starting at $250/day.
- Aston Martin DBX SUV 2021. Price starting at $390/day.
- Ram TRX 2021. Price starting at $230/day.

The Space:
The home's Boho Chic design has been fully refinished and furnished throughout with luxe, high-end amenities and stylish decor for an elevated guest experience. The living area features a large tv for entertainment. Floor-to-ceiling according glass doors in the living areas can be opened fully to fill the home with an indoor and outdoor feel. Take your pick to enjoy the indoor space or head out to the back patio to enjoy the amenities. The house is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and has a patio with ocean view, which is equipped with two sun loungers, two seating areas and an outdoor table. There is also BBQ grill for you to use. The room configuration is as follows:
Primary Bedroom / King with en-suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 / Queen
Bedroom 3 / Queen
Bedroom 4/ Queen

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house. Please note that guests are not allowed to park their car inside the garage.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood minutes away from the famous Getty Villa. The closets beach is a 13 minutes walk away. The house is located on the top of a hill overlooking Malibu and Santa Monica.

Getting Around:
We do recommend renting a car as there are not many tourist attractions close by. You can easily walk to the Getty Villa as well as the beach. However, the closets grocery store is a 8 minutes drive away.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (8 PPL) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES
ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION

It's is of utmost importance to note that all noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9-10pm. The neighbors are extremely sensitive, so it's crucial that all activities and noise levels are respectful at all times. We can't have complaints of obtrusive music, guests entertaining, or people hanging out by the patio being loud. It's important to be mindful of this before booking. Any gatherings of more than 8 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check in.

We may require a security deposit for some bookings.

There are noise monitoring devices in the home to make sure the music levels are not a disturbance, and there are surveillance cameras on the outside of the home, both for safety and to ensure rule compliance.

No parties, loud music or gatherings of more than 8 people allowed in the house
No music after 10pm
Pets allowed on a case by case basis- please clear with host before check in- $90/per day per pet
Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok) - $250 fine
$35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel
$200 charge per stained sheets/duvet cover
$35 charge per stained pillow cover
$200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning

Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.

Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
