I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention my recent experience during my stay at Azure from 11.21.25 to 11.22.25. Unfortunately, I encountered some issues regarding the cleanliness of my room that I believe need to be addressed. Upon arrival, I noticed that the room was not up to the standards I expected. "The bathroom had not been cleaned properly, with remnants from previous guests still visible, and the linens appeared unwashed." These conditions made my stay less comfortable and raised concerns about the overall hygiene practices at your establishment. I understand that maintaining high standards can be challenging, but I believe it is crucial for guest satisfaction and safety. I hope you can take this feedback constructively and address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

My recent stay occurred because I wanted to spend the last day of my SoCal trip right beside the Ontario airport since my flight from there was so early on a Monday morning. Azure ticks all the boxes! My room there was HUGE and it contained a nice TV and coffee maker. Very clean and very up-to-date, and it seems that they have kept up the grounds and building very well. The staff both at check-in and check-out were also very friendly, and there was good security. My flight was so early that I could not sample the breakfast, but they had a large dining hall for it, so it is probably pretty good, much more than cereal and Belgian waffles. There is not a shuttle anymore, but since the property is SO close to ONT, the Uber or Lyft ride is quick and low-priced.

Was not impressed! Check in- upon arrival there was no staff at the front desk. Walked around and waited for like 10 mins with no luck. Finally I knocked on a back door and a rude gentleman came out saying he was using restroom. The whole check in process guy was very short and rude. Room was ok, very loud street noise inside room. Bed was not that comfortable and lumpy and worn. Would not stay again.

We were looking for something convenient as we made our way from the San Francisco area to Tucson, AZ and Ontario was about halfway. The night we stayed, the hotel was very busy but Nataniel at the front desk accommodated us cordially and efficiently. The room was probably the largest we've stayed in for this price range. Arriving later than expected, we bought burgers and beverages in the pleasant on-site restaurant. I used the hot tub and pool that evening ... very relaxing! The buffet-style breakfast that was provided gratis with our room charge was ample, extensive, and tasty, with polite, attentive service staff. All in all, it was a very enjoyable overnight stay for a very reasonable price.

Staff was nice, rooms could be cleaner and the lobby areas, there was a weird smell when going and exiting the elevators. The rooms were overall pretty clean, the water pressure in the shower was horrible. There was no extra toilet paper, towels, or blankets in the room. Overall, it was a good stay at this hotel but I do think they need to do some improvements to make it even better.

The rooms were okay. The my weren’t the cleanest but clean enough to sleep. I didn’t not step on the carpet with my barefoot because it just felt so dirty. The closet sliding mirror was broken. The microwave didn’t spin either. But the staff was friendly, great TV, comfortable bed and pillows, and good breakfast. I would stay here again if needed but not my first option.
