I booked a room at Air Venice, I selected my date, and went to pay now. The date changed on me, and I attempted to change the date to the correct one. Expedia tried several times, also with no reply. The hotel kept my money. I didn't receive any word from you. Why would your company deal with hotels with this unforgiving policy? Mistakes happen. Luckily, it wasn't for 5 days, or I would've lost so much money. You guys got paid, the hotel was paid, and the traveler is lost. I will never use Expedia again and will urge my travel blog followers to never use you. Such a terrible experience for me. Where do I leave a terrible review for Expedia?
