Very beautiful and classy. Beautiful view from the lobby at the top (I wish I had a warning that the lobby was at the top). Room beautiful but very small. Not meant for anyone wanting to relax in your room but more for someone wanting to have lots of options for food/drink.

I came to check into the hotel at 4pm and was told my room would not be ready until much later. And that I would be put on a “waiting list” for the room I had pre-booked. The staff was supposed to call me when my room is ready. I came back to the front desk by 10:30pm after not receiving a call for over 6 hours and was told I was now “allowed” to check-in. Worst experience ever!!!!

I chose the place due to the convenient location next the Crypto Arena as well as being next to the subway! It was very clean and the staff was nice! Not to mention the view was spectacular! The only problem I had with the room was that the top lock that pops out to block the door was glued down or stuck and the only problem I had with the hotel was the pool, which I felt should’ve been listed on the website that the pool itself is not OWNED by the hotel and therefore does not operate at normal hours for a hotel. When we received our paper we found out that the pool closes at 8pm like Monday-Wednesday, Thursday-Friday closed at 4pm, and Saturday and Sunday they closed at 1pm. So we never got the chance to use the pool at any point in time due to the weird operating hours, which I understood it wasn’t the hotel who manages the pool and rather a third-party. But overall I really enjoyed my stay and if I come back for another concert in LA, I will definitely go back to them!

Great room, in a great area. Valet service was on point. If you’re looking for a clean hotel this is the one. I looked forever and finally found this one. Great roof top views of the city. There’s a Starbucks a couple blocks away.
