I was worried after reading some negative reviews, but this place exceeded my expectations. The 34th-floor lounge made check-in and check-out feel relaxed, and the staff, especially Antonio, were super friendly. I also loved the modern Library space for getting some work done. The room was in great condition. Though housekeeping wasn’t perfect, the lobby staff quickly responded and fixed it. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I’ve just reviewed the charges from the hotel and was charge $2,317.54 for two rooms for two nights stay. This hotel is basically like a motel as in it provides no concierge no help with luggage it has a strange configuration where you need to go out to a lift and go through another hotel to get to your room any time you want to get anywhere you have to go in the lift to multiple floors. The rooms were average. It feels unsafe outside the hotel there were unconscious people lying on the ground directly on the street outside the hotel. Exorbitant cost some staff were not friendly or helpful at all. Given no information about amenities available nothing in the room to tell you what is available at the hotel. Do not recommend at all

Its unfortunate that a property like this has so many hidden fees. Be prepared to pay way above what you booked for. There are SOOO many added fees after check in. Not to mention that the room itself was so small and uncomfortable. Not a pleasant experience at all

The valet service fee is outrages. The hotel room layout was uncomfortable since there is no division between the bathroom, sink and the bed. Overall expensive and not worth the cost.

Overall everything was ok with the exception that the room was not cool enough, and there is no privacy when using the shower or bathroom. The doors are see though, and was unconfortable. I preferd to go out to use the toilet. Very inconvenient. Is oka if you're couple, but when staying with friends very uncomfortable
