This is one of my favorite places to stay when I work in the area. Unfortunately, during my last stay there was an event in the lobby that played loud music that could be heard on the fifth floor. The music played until 11:00pm on a weeknight. Their parking costs are expensive and uncovered.

The property is very clean and well-maintained. However, I found the bathtub in the room I stayed in to be potentially hazardous. While soaping, it became very slippery, and I narrowly avoided falling twice. This could pose a serious risk, especially for elderly guests or children. Additionally, the shower water never heated up, and I had to bathe in cold water. Unfortunately, I also experienced poor customer service. The staff did not greet guests or say good morning, which reflects poorly on the overall hospitality. During check-out, I asked a staff member a question, and her response was unprofessional and unpleasant. As someone who works in customer service, I found this behavior unacceptable. I did not catch her name, but I strongly suggest reviewing staff training to ensure respectful and courteous interactions with all guests.

Even though I requested room cleaning and the more than one room attendant were available in the floor while we were leaving, our room didn't get cleaned at all. Upon our return at night, we had to call concierge 3 times for clean towels. Also, the coffee machine in the room was broken. After trying to push the turn-on button, i gave up. Looked brand new but it.didn't work because it was prob a cheap brand. Lastly, upon check in, we were told that the breakfast was between 6 and 9am.We didnt have breakfast first morning but we did in the second morning thinking that the breakfast was included in the rate until the attendant brought the bill at the table. More clear information must be given at the check in.

Unacceptable service
They didn’t give us the room that we reserved, instead of a king and a pull out sofa. It was just a Queen. They could change so at midnight I had to find a room in another hotel…. $23 for a contention breakfast, $20 for 10 min shuttle ride to airport…. Most hotels these are complementary..
