Great Experience
My stay at this property was one of the best stays my brother and have ever had. The rental house was very neat, clean, and just right. They had everything we could need and we felt very safe staying here during our trip. The property owner was also nice and communication was very clear. I would definitely stay again if I make another trip to California.

i loved it! only cons were the area. def should have done more research on the area. the traffic at night is horrible and idk i just didnt like it. and then the bath tub stopper didnt even work. besides that, i loved it.

Parking nightmare!
i had a difficult time getting a hold of the property owner for assistance on a parking space that was designated for this rental. The city of Bell does not allow vehicles to be parked on the street from 2am to 5am. I was unable to park in my designated parking space and so i needed to get a hold of the property owner. Over an hour later a call to the police dept. And VRBO customer service i was finally contacted by the owner and was told to park on the grass in the front yard but had to move my car by 8am so he would not get a citation. Citation him or me???? There was only 1 remote and no cable tv.

Sparkling clean guest home
Communication with the host went over with ease. They're easily accessible for any questions or needs. The guest home was much cleaner than a good deal of hotel rooms I've seen lately. Full kitchen was a plus (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, coffee pot, dishes, utensils, full size sink...). The couch is a futon and the bedroom has a queen sized bed. It was perfect for a couple with one child. We each had our own tvs for each sleeping space and access to streaming apps/wifi. I had no problems with the wifi or electronics. The check in/check out instructions are very clear. No contact between host is required at any point if you don't need it. I only needed to stay one night, but I could've stayed a week or more and been just as comfortable. It's about the size of a 1 bedroom apartment. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and you have the added benefit of being able to park in the yard (on pavers) so that you don't not have to fight for parking on the street. It's was enough room for my full size sedan to pull in and out easily. It's about 20 minutes away from each of the three places I wanted to go (Hollywood, Montebello, South LA). Freeway access is nearby. If you don't want to pay an arm and a leg to stay on the beach, you're still close enough to get there shortly from this location as well.

My friends and I had a great stay here, perfect size for the 3 of us and relatively close to some great spots! We would definitely stay here again, great price, very clean, and hosts were very accommodating and helpful!
