Beautiful 2 story private townhome has been recently updated in a bohemian beach vibe with warm pinks, blues and greens that match the longboat key water. This home is graciously spread over three levels. On the ground floor is a two car tandem garage with extra storage space for beach toys. The first floor welcomes you with a large sectional sofa facing the 55" smart TV and veranda facing the mangroves. A bright newly renovated generous kitchen is equipped with everything that is needed to enjoy your stay. Spread out with enough kitchen equipment to cook a great meal or cook on the gas grill located in the garage. A half bath is also located on the main floor. Head upstairs where you will find the master bedroom with large walk-in closet, desk with keyboard, mouse and monitor including laptop hookup.The master bath has dual vanities both with their own mirrors that connects to the shower and bath combo. Exit the master bedroom walk down the hallway and find the guest bathroom with a spacious stand-up shower. Go further down the hall and you will find the guest bedroom with a full over full bunkbed with a pull out trundle. Additionally there is a stacked washer and dryer in the guest bedroom. Back to the garage there are plenty of beach toys to take to the beach and you are just steps from the junior olympic size swimming pool. Amenities of the community include restaurant and tiki bar. You are also a short walk/ quick bike ride from a coffee shop, convenient store, Mexican restaurant and the world famous Harry Restaurant and store. Lovely!!
We really enjoyed our stay at this super cute and well appointed condo! The decor is precious (I have several of their items in my own home!) and the proximity to the pool is unbeatable. Everything you could need is there, and the owner was available at all times to answers questions/help with anything needed. Don’t hesitate, bring your clothes and sunscreen and have fun.

Great place great pool!! If you play tennis all clay courts very well maintained. The house was very well maintained and stocked with everything to get you started before getting your own provisions. Our only downside was the beach was along walk for us in our mid 70s. I rate this property 10 plus.

Sparkling clean townhouse
We had a marvelous stay for a month in this Cedars East townhouse. The unit was very clean and well-equipped. I work from home and appreciated the complete office setup. My husband enjoyed the lap pool and we loved being able to pull our car into the spacious garage. The beach chairs were also a nice bonus. We would stay here again!

Great Location!
Fabulous location to restaurants, sights and the beach! The townhouse was set up & comfortable to feel like home. The bikes is the garage was a nice touch to explore the near by areas. The Hostess was super helpful and easily assessable if needed.

Great vacation!
This condo was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Brian was very responsive and easy to work with. We had a little mix up at check in with the code but Brian made it right and we were able to enjoy our stay. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space for our family of four. Pool was awesome and location is good on Long Boat Key. Nice area to take a walk in the morning. We didn’t use the tennis or pickle ball courts but they looked very nice and well maintained. Everyone at the club was friendly and welcomed us. We would most definitely stay here again!

Perfect Vacation!
The home was everything we hoped it would be and more - It is updated and interior is beautiful! Kitchen had every appliances and utensil you could possibly need. It was stocked with beach toys and indoor activities (games/puzzles) to keep you busy indoor or out. We comfortably slept 4 adults and 3 kids. The pool is very conveniently placed and 4 ft. depth throughout makes it ideal for swimming laps or playing with the kids. The central location on Longboat Key is perfect for eating/shopping at Saint Armonds Circle or Anna Marie Island. We hope to return! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
