This is a super cute hotel. We came in for two nights to see the Vineyards. The hotel is within 10-15 minutes of dozens of great vineyards. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was more than fine, and the room also had a mini fridge and microwave which came in handy. Would absolutely stay again.

We stayed in one bedroom with 2 double beds which is way too small for more than 2 people.So we moved after our first night to a 2 bedroom which was fine. I have 1 suggestion which would have made life easier for us......there are only 2 kitchen chairs so when we all wanted to be together in kitchen we had to take wicker chairs from patio. 2 little folding chairs tucked away somewhere would be great!
Biggest complaint is the size of the shower. We are all of average size and the shower appears to have been made for a child. I could not wash my hair without banging my arms in the shower walls.....and shaving your legs in the shower is virtually impossible. Not sure what could be done about it, but this is the one thing which would stop me from returning to this place.
The room was very comfortable with the cozy king sized bed, great shower, and kitchenette facilities. We arrived past the time of complimentary breakfast, but used the stove and microwave to fix breakfast. I didn’t like that staff was not around the last two days of our stay. I left the room keys in the room because no one was around.
This hotel is next door to a lavender field and you can smell it as soon as you step out of your car.. So pretty! The room was clean. Beds weren't that comfortable. The pool closed at 6:00 pm. I had never heard of a pool closing so early. I have two boys so I would probably have stayed somewhere else if I had known. The front desk staff was helpful when I asked about where to go and what to do. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
First let me start by saying this place was a complete dump. The room was filthy and all the furniture was worn out and just falling apart. The sheets were stained and there were also numerous cobwebs and spiders. There was barely any water pressure in the shower. The shower itself was also a joke because it was child-sized. The sofabed was basically hard springs with a sheet on top of it. Yet they claim people rave about the room. For a couple, perhaps, not for 5 adults.
The staff and management were extremely unprofessional. We arrived at the property expecting a 2 bedroom suite since that is what we had booked months ago. Hence, my confusion when we walked in to a 1 bedroom suite. I went back to the front desk and was casually told that the room we booked was unavailable...ok and when were you guys planning to notify us? Linda told us that someone should have called us at the time of booking to notify us that the room was unavailable. No one ever called. They did not mention anything at check in either. Were they expecting to just get away with it? I was then told that the manager Mary would be in the following morning if we wished to discuss with her. Not once did Linda apologize for the mix up. As the manager shouldn’t you reach out to customers if there is an issue? We asked if the original room we had booked would be available the next night and were told that it was and we could move into it. I specifically asked Linda what time we had to move our stuff out since we w

I loved that it was next to a lavender farm and the staff was friendly. The room was smaller than any appeared in the photos, but it was very clean. There was no comfortable place to sit in the room. I was also disappointed that the restaurant that was advertised was not opened at all during our stay. Over all it was ok.
