My Week Long Stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites
I choose this hotel as it was close to my family and friends as well as being accessible to the mall and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and my room was large, had a comfortable bed and other amenities. Basically, it was kept clean by staff. The only issue I had that when I requested clean towels in the evening, they were sent up to my room.I had to wait until the next day. The continental breakfast each morning had great choices as well as variety of foods. One suggestion is that the tub have bars to assist elderly guests when showering,

Per long term residents Elevator 1 had been inoperable for several months leaving Elevator 2 available for all residents and it was extremely slow in operation. When we arrived one parking lot was closed due to space repainting, so 2nd lot was overcrowded.

The property is not new but they do keep it neat and tidy.. however the carpet in the room is very dirty..and there’s a smell associated with that.. they absolutely need vinyl flooring to keep the floors sanitary.. nobody wants to walk on a carpet that thousands of dirty feet and shoes have been on.. bring your flip flops!

Check in took a long time although I had supposedly checked in on line. Room was clean. The water flow in the shower was not working properly and more water came from the tub faucet than the shower head even though the shower was on. The carpeting through out the building felt like it needed updating. Staff was friendly.

The property was fine. The only thing on the property that wasn't as good was that one of the elevators wasn't working. The other unusual thing was the extra $100 deposit fee (to be refunded if we didn't smoke in the room in 10 days). It is the only hotel of the many I have stayed in that had this.
