Room was great, however if you plan on taking your own devices it can be a problem. I took my Xbox however there was no sound playing from tv even though everything was hooked up fine. Hotel accommodated me by giving me a different room and I did not have the same issue, so I am grateful for that. The only other issue I had is, there was not a microwave in my room and the only other microwave available was in the main lobby. Other than that my stay was terrific.

we have stayed at Hyatt places a number of times before... this exact location and numerous others in Boston, Cincinnati, Florida... and never had to pay to park or pay for the buffet breakfast. We paid $269+ per night and just seems like asking to pay a $10 fee /day to park and $11pp for the buffet lessens the experience.

I was given a key to an occupied room and confronted by the guest when attempting to enter. A $100 security deposit for my one-night stay required a follow-up call to retrieve. The staff displayed consistently unfriendly and unprofessional behavior.
