The Hotel is in probably the most historic part of Derry. Its next to the Derry wall, the Tower Museum, the Boggside District, site of 'bloody Sunday'.

Disappointing Londonderry hotel
Paid for a superior deluxe room but stayed in a basic room. Paid more than others in a basic room! That seems wrong to me. What a waste of money. Friends booked a suite which was £65 cheaper than my basic room. Cant work that out! No table for dinner in restaurant. Staff seem slightly unfriendly. Very disappointing.

The room was fine—not great, not terrible. The front desk staff were lovely.. we had a “family” room, which would have been great with one larger bed and two twins, but the larger bed was basically a full sized bed—my husband and I were crushed together. I think our kids had much more room in their twin beds than we had in ours.

No real chance for parking.
The only thing that mattered to us was parking, we got to the hotel at 4.40pm and there was no parking. I have a bad back and husband is 78 so this was a big problem for us.

Great Location, Nice Hotel!
The hotel was nice. We had a nice treat upon entering the room! The room was very spacious which was also nice. The location is wonderful for walking around and is very central. We were able to get parking on the property for free which is a nice surprise being in the city center.

Great property within the walls of Derry and walkable to all the main sites of interest. Reception staff very helpful with directions etc. would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Derry.
