If the rooms were a bit bigger they would be perfect. Also the hallways have an ugly carpet. The room needs to have air vents dusted and covered. You have to pay to use the gym. Oddly enough for the right price I would come back. But if i find a better option near that location....

Location was 10/10-right in Piccadilly Circus and very conveniently close to many tourist attractions. Room was quiet and clean upon arrival. Room size was quite small, service and amenities in the room are minimal, not much offered with regards to toiletries, extra towels, extra bedding, etc and our room was never cleaned throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a place to stay that is a fantastic location and don’t intend to spend a lot of time in the room, then this is a great choice!

It was surprising the room didn’t have any windows. If you are staying just for a night, it’s an okay hotel—no safe or refrigerator in the room. I struggle to find a cold space for my medicine. Then, the team found a chiller in the luggage room. But the hotel had no freezer for the ice pouches carrying the medicine. It's surprising to have a charge on luggage drop-in after check out. (£15) Early check-in costs £40. It is usually a gesture from the hotel team if the room is available. It's feels like Easyjet type of brand. But perfect location, spotless, clean room. You will get a good night's sleep because there is no daylight. It feels a bit expensive, considering what they offer. I m guessing the location is the key part for that amount.

A bed, a bathroom and nothing else.
No window. No ‘generic art’ in the wall. No furniture other than the bed itself. This hotel is all about the AMAZING location but there is absolutely nothing in the room other than a bed, bathroom and your own phone… it’s sort of like what I imagine the cheapest possible rooms inside a cruise ship might be - a maze of identical corridors with no outside light or air, and a small but perfectly-formed sleeping space.

I found the staff to be very Helpful and Friendly. The room was okay while it didn’t have any kind of TV or telephone, or even an alarm clock. While I did purchase the breakfast package, Everytime I went to the breakfast they never had my name in the list very frustrating. In all I would give the place a 6 overall. Great location walkable to everything. I wouldn’t want to spend any more then the three night I stayed there. As a Guest Service Manager of a Five star hotel I work at myself. In all it was okay for the money I spent.

Will definitely stay here again. The rooms are clean and the design is unique, modern and fun. There are no windows and its so quiet that I had a great nights sleep. It's convenient to everything.

Great for a bed right next to Leicester Square. Was clean, staff were nice and bed was comfy. Bathroom was nice but the shower wet the whole bathroom floor and didn’t drain back into the shower which was a bit annoying but just put a towel down.

It was clean with a modern bathroom. Did not like it at all that there was no windows in the room. Felt closed in and felt zedwell wasn’t clear that there weren’t any windows.

Did not appreciate having the choice to pay 15 pounds per bag or 40 pounds for early check at 1:40pm. Check out was also early at 10am when our shuttle was arriving at 10:45. This was not a pleasant start to our 2 week holiday.
