Good value for money.
We reasonably expected a bed but only got a mattress on a slightly raised floor which was a surprise as we've stayed in similar pods before. We slept well it was just difficult getting on & off it crawling up from the bottom of the bed.

We knew the room was going to be small so we were able to work with it. The room could do with storage options such as shelving or more pegs. Room was clean and comfy.

I’m the room was specious clean and modern very quiet Sleeping on a futon was a novelty at my age just about could get out of it. missing some things that. Ive come to expect in hotels Kettle and TV but location Greenwich was lovely

Really lovely hotel, exactly as advertised. Seamless check in/out experience. Fabulous staff. Really don't understand why there are any negative reviews. The hotel is described exactly as is, you can't exactly complain about the hotel not having something if you proceeded to book the hotel, knowing it didn't have those things. Will be returning.

Unfortunately, I didn't pay close attention when I made the reservation. I didn't see that the hotel doesn't have a wardrobe, a minibar, or even a dresser. There is no bed, just a mattress on a raised bed on the floor. There are also no windows in the rooms. And they didn't clean the room. I stayed at the hotel for 6 days and they didn't even clean the bathroom.

Tiny rooms without windows, dirty and no furniture nor any place to put my items on. Basically, a tiny empty room with no windows and a mattress dropped on the floor. Only in London you can get away with calling this a hotel...
